B&H Tool Adds Sales and Tech Support
to the U.S. Mid-Atlantic Region

November 17, 2009.  San Marcos, CA. B&H Tool Company has
substantially expanded its sales and technical support resources for
serving customers in the Mid-Atlantic States.  Atlantic Plastic Machinery,
a rep firm with a strong presence in the corridor that runs from New York
City through Virginia, will represent B&H Tool, effective immediately.

According to B&H Tool President Peter Neville, the company’s medical
device business has grown substantially since 2007, and it has been
actively evaluating rep firms with the skills and experience to manage
this important business center.  Likewise, Atlantic Plastic, now in its
20th year, was seeking a partner with strength in the growing field of
medical device plastics, specifically tooling, to complement its
equipment principals. 

These principals include leading multinational manufacturers of extrusion
equipment, upstream conditioning systems, related material handling,
and quality control systems.  Atlantic will represent B&H in metro New York,
New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia.  Atlantic is
headquartered in West Chester, PA, a suburb of Philadelphia. 

Atlantic is co-owned by Bruce Atkins and Dave Walters, both veterans
of the plastic processing industry, with strong credentials in medical
device design and fabrication, and the related, specialized field of
wire and cable manufacturing.

B&H Tool Taps Kennedy Tech and Piekunka
Services to Meet Southwest Growth Surge

May, 2009.  San Marcos, CA. B&H Tool Company has tapped Kennedy
Tech Inc. (KTI) and Piekunka Services, Inc. to expand its representation
in the southwestern U.S. and Mexico. The expansion was made to meet
growing demand for B&H extrusion tooling in the southwest region.

KTI will represent B&H in Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana and throughout
Mexico, except the Baja regions. Kennedy Tech was founded in 1984,
by principal Dave Kennedy, and partner Salvador Morales. The firm has
a strong foundation in plastic processing equipment, electrical and automation
engineering, as well as instrumentation engineering. KTI is often contracted to
develop and test control systems for the machinery and tooling it supplies.

Kennedy Tech is well-known for its work with manufacturers of medical
devices, oil and gas companies, and other firms who utilize extrusion and
injection molding technology. One of its field specialists, Robert Torres,
is a resins expert who can provide invaluable technical assistance to users of
thermoplastic and FEP extrusion technology seeking to optimize their process.

our existing portfolio, which includes an extruder manufacturer and
a plastics integration company.”

Kennedy Tech is headquartered in El Paso, Texas, with satellite offices
in Dallas, Texas and Monterrey, Mexico. Additional sales and service locations
are slated to open this summer in Houston, and McAllen, Texas.

To boost its sales and technical support capabilities within California
and Baja Mexico, B&H Tool Company has brought on board Piekunka
Services Inc., a Glendale, CA based firm with 20+ years experience in
plastic and FEP extrusion technology. According to company owner
Tom Piekunka, the firm focuses its services on manufacturers of wire
and cable, medical devices and irrigation systems. Piekunka Services
also represents American Kuhne, a leading extruder manufacturer.
